Absolutely disappointed with my experience at Brands For Less. I bought a pair of DKNY shoes for AED 170, and after wearing them for barely 15 minutes, the material started peeling and literally falling apart. This is completely unacceptable for a branded product. A shoe that cannot survive even one short wear should never be placed on sale in the first place. This clearly shows poor quality control, and honestly feels misleading and fraudulent. Customers trust that products sold in your stores are authentic and wearable, not defective items that disintegrate immediately after use. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the standards of the store. I expected far better from a retailer selling international brands. Waste of money and trust.

Not really digging this branch in particular. The store is small and not a lot of collections available. It's attached with Tchibo so you'll find their items in this store too. I love Brands for Less, especially the big stores that have many clothing items for women, and this branch just won't do it for me. So naturally, I walked out as I couldn't find anything that I liked.
