1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and browsing UAE DAYS (https://uaedays.vercel.app), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our spatial directory services.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The code structure, UI layout, compiled spatial JSON schemas, and platform design of UAE DAYS are the intellectual property of developer Zaid.
Third-party brand names, logos, and registered trademarks displayed within store profiles remain the sole property of their respective corporate owners.
3. Directory Use & Limitation of Liability
UAE DAYS provides spatial geolocations, floor area estimates, and retail store details for informational and research purposes only. Under no circumstances shall UAE DAYS or developer Zaid be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
