This branch of carrefour doing a poor customer service and very bad need to focus on this especially management side, i plan to take offer jbl speaker with 2 mic free on it cost of 849 i ask the staff why this one is less price and the same jbl no mic is cost of 1200 an i ask the staff untill wen the offer he said untill end of june. When i comeback to day he said its 1399 how come offer finished in same day sale how posible. I need and actions for this staffs and no where to fine if you need assistance what kind of department store this is.

Carrefour Marina Mall has been one of my go-to hypermarkets for many years, and it remains one of the most well-organized and spacious branches in Abu Dhabi. The layout is wide, easy to navigate, and genuinely makes shopping comfortable — whether you’re doing a quick grocery run or a full weekly stock-up. The fresh fish and seafood section is always impressive. The counters are clean, the staff are helpful, and the variety is excellent — everything from local catch to imported fish, prawns, crabs, and fillets ready to be cleaned on the spot. Right next to it, the butchery and produce section are equally reliable, with fresh fruits, vegetables, and greens beautifully displayed.There is also huge on non-food items. You’ll find full sections for: Men’s fashion Women’s clothing Kids’ wear Shoes, bags, and accessories Electronics and gadgets Home appliances and kitchen items Camping gear and outdoor essentials (a surprisingly big range!) There’s also a large stationery section, toys, school supplies, and even seasonal items depending on the time of year. The bakery section is another highlight — fresh bread, pastries, Arabic sweets, croissants, cakes, and a great variety of baked items coming out throughout the day. The nuts and dried fruits section is neatly arranged, with good prices and lots of choices (roasted, raw, mixes, flavored — everything you need). One of my favourite parts is the ready-to-eat food area. You can actually buy hot meals, grilled chicken, biryani, salads, sandwiches, and even international dishes, then enjoy them at home or on the go. It’s perfect for a quick meal without needing to visit the food court. Overall, this Carrefour is large, clean, and well-stocked in almost every category. Shelves are kept tidy, the staff are polite, and checkout is usually smooth thanks to the many counters and self-checkout machines. A truly reliable and convenient one-stop shop inside Marina Mall — great for families, great for visitors, and definitely a must-visit hypermarket in Abu Dhabi.

Maybe I haven’t been to Carrefour recently but what I saw in this branch triggered me and I asked them to do something about the garbage on the tables where it is supposed to be a break corner or an area to enjoy a quick sandwich or a drink. Hope they will do a better job soon.

‼️‼️ I must warn customers to check their bills and price stickers literally every time ‼️‼️ Yesterday I bought basturma and it says offer , so at home I discovered they punched full price , overcharging aed 20 extra. Today there was a big board which said offer for organic eggs when you buy two packs , ang AGAIN they charged FULL price, which is again around 20 aed extra. If i shop every day , I give carrefour a big amount as a charity. And how many people they overcharge per day ?? Otherwise its a nice and popular mass supermarket , with great selection of international products. Also they have a great organic section ,fresh bakery corner, sushi , cafe , fresh food corner etc .
