I really recommend Shilpa from shoemart sales team, she helped me alot to get all my stuff. Which took me like 2 to 3 hrs... Really helpful in letting me about discounted best items and overall behaviour wise... very much sincere and calm Thanku dear!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Shoe Mart thanks to Shilpa. She was very supportive from start to finish and provided many options to choose from in different sizes and styles. She took the time to understand what I needed and didn't rush me at all. Really appreciate her knowledge and customer service. Will definitely come back!

Hi Dorothy. Am sharing this review with a full heart. You took extra care on your own to ensure the packaging for the gift is done correctly to ensure it doesn’t get damaged. A lot of staff doesn’t bother but you did and that made me amazed. This speaks very highly about your professionalism and actual care for your clients. It may seem a tiny thing for a lot of people but for me it’s a huge thing of such small efforts. Thank you once again. We shopped for back to school at Centre point in Oasis mall on 15th August. Ms. Aubrey & AMR from personalized station of Charms sticker. She has been very thoughtful and remembered us next day for collection of our charms stickers for both of our children. I was very nice to interact with her , as she blended a good professional rapport along with a personal touch while communicating with us. I wish her all the best and wish the mgmt to consider more staff like her.

I had a wonderful experience at Centerpoint My Shopping Now. The ambiance is clean and welcoming, the staff are professional and attentive, and there’s a great selection of products for all needs. Everything is easy to find and the overall shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!
