I purchased a Trevally (Paraha) fish yesterday night from Lulu Hypermarket Stadium branch (Receipt No. 143730). Unfortunately, the fish was not fresh. The flesh had an unusually dark color and felt soft and mushy instead of being firm, which is a clear indication of poor freshness. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product, especially from a reputed supermarket. I request that your team investigate this matter and strengthen your quality control procedures to ensure only fresh seafood is sold to customers. I hope this issue is taken seriously to prevent similar experiences for others.

Lulu Al Qusais is my go-to for a quick and easy shopping trip. The best part is the location—it's literally right next to the Stadium Metro Station, which makes it so convenient if you don't want to deal with traffic! 🚉🛒 Even though it’s always busy, it’s very well-organized. I especially love their Hot Food section (the snacks and grilled chicken are great!) and the fresh bakery. It’s a huge store with everything from electronics to groceries under one roof. Always a reliable place for good deals and friendly service. Highly recommended if you're in the Al Nahda or Qusais area!
