Hi.. I have been a customer for years.. But unfortunately..most of the time when ever I'm going to pay, they don't have cash change with the cashiers.. They keep asking with us change.. Bad experience with bawabat Al sharq.. That's their responsible to keep change with them when customers come to pay... As one of my favorite brand since long years.. But mushrif mall n Al whada much better than here.. Disappointed.. I left the item behind.. Bcoz they don't have change.. 😕higher management.. Please focus..

I recently visited Brands For Less at Bawabat Al Sharq Mall, and unfortunately, my experience at the cashier was disappointing. The staff was not friendly or welcoming, which made the checkout process feel unpleasant. Additionally, when I asked for assistance, they seemed unsure or unable to provide clear answers. Customer service plays a big role in the shopping experience, and I hope the management addresses this issue to improve it in the future.
