I was searching for a serum and found one item I wanted to buy. While I was still roaming around to look for other items, one of your sales ladies approached me and asked, “Ma’am, will you buy that?” I answered yes, then she insisted that she keep it at the counter. Because of how persistent she was, I decided to return the item to the shelf and planned to pick it up again after finishing my shopping. After I finished looking around, I picked up the serum again and went to the counter. However, no one accommodated me. I was standing in front of the staff, but no one even looked at me or greeted me. Honestly, the experience made me feel uncomfortable and treated like a suspicious person or a thief. I don’t think this is the proper way to approach or treat customers. You may review your CCTV footage between approximately 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM on May 11, 2026, to see the situation clearly. I hope you can improve your customer service and staff approach toward customers.

I visited Brand For Less and purchased a mattress along with a glass lampshade. The staff placed the glass item on top of the mattress in a very unstable way, without any proper securing or protective packaging. After I had already paid, the moment I took the bag, the glass item fell and broke in front of the cashier. What I don’t understand is on what basis a fragile glass item is handled and packed this way. Should the customer be expected to suggest solutions, or shouldn’t the staff already have the experience and responsibility to properly secure fragile items? In the end, no one took responsibility, the item was not canceled or replaced, and I had already paid for it. This was a disappointing experience, and I hope staff receive better training in handling and packing fragile products to avoid situations like this in the future.

I had such a great experience at this store! i came looking for a gift for my friends daugther and the staff wer so helpful in assisting me to find the perfect one. What impress me the most how beautifully they a wrapped the gift, it was truly amazing and made it extra special. I'll definitely come back again.
