Come here pretty regularly and it just consistently ticks all the boxes. The mall has a really good mix of shops everything from high street brands to more affordable options so there's something for different budgets which I appreciate. The food court is one of the better ones in Abu Dhabi, loads of variety and always busy which tells you everything. The cinema is great too comfortable seats and good sound. It never feels as overwhelmingly crowded as some of the bigger malls which makes the whole shopping experience so much more relaxed and enjoyable. Parking is generally manageable although weekend evenings can get a bit hectic. The layout is straightforward and easy to navigate which sounds basic but honestly makes such a difference. Clean bathrooms, helpful staff and good air conditioning, all the things that matter. A really solid all rounder of a mall. 😊

Extremely disappointed with IKEA's customer service. I ordered two drawers for store pickup and went to collect them, only to be told that my order was not there and that I should wait until the end of the day. I waited, received no confirmation, and had to call multiple times before someone finally answered. I was then informed that there had been an IT issue, my order had not gone through properly, and it would be canceled. I was asked to place the order again, so I reordered the same items for home delivery. The next day, the delivery driver called asking for my location, which I immediately provided. After waiting another three days with no delivery, I contacted customer service again. This time, I was told there was another IT issue affecting my order. They could not tell me where my order was, when it would be delivered, or when the issue would be resolved. It has now been 10 days since I first placed my order. I have ordered the same items twice, had one order canceled, and still have not received my purchase. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of information, follow-up, and accountability. I find it hard to understand how a large international company can provide such a poor customer experience. Customers deserve clear communication, reliable service, and timely resolution of issues. Unfortunately, my experience with IKEA has been extremely disappointing.
