Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended I ordered a custom wardrobe worth 7,000 AED and was told it would be delivered within the following week, without a specific date. The delivery was canceled after a missed call, even though I returned the call within about 3 hours. I was told to contact the store to reschedule. On February 10 and 11, I tried contacting their advertised WhatsApp support multiple times throughout the day. It was only automated replies and a “queue” with no real agent response. If support is “busy” all day for two consecutive days, then realistically, it does not exist. I was given February 14 as the earliest delivery date. No one contacted me on that day. When I tracked the order, I discovered it had been postponed to February 19 without informing me or getting my approval. I submitted two complaints and even visited the branch in person. I was promised follow-up. No one called. No updates. No accountability. This is not just a delay — it is a clear lack of professionalism and communication. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and not rely solely on what is promised by their website, app, or staff.

I have bought Plasta Cupboard tailor made from IKEA Dalma mall, Sales person Mr Sufiyan was very good and happy to help and provide best as per our requirement and provided complete details for buying the Plasta cupboard tailor made. After order, we we’re overwhelmed by Mr Raphael who helped to fasten the delivery and installation process in critical war period in 1st week of march. I would highly recommend to purchase the furniture from IKEA only

It is decent size; located in 3rd floor next to Home Box; it had almost everything except the AS-IS section. Very much recommended for Abu Dhabi and Musaffah residents.
