It's a huge place with a lot of options for furniture and household items. At the time of our visit, they didn't have many offers running, so we felt the prices were a little higher compared to other furniture brand shops in the UAE. However, the staff members are helpful. Inside IKEA, there is a food court, but the prices are a bit expensive. For example, the one-pot biryani costs AED 45, even though the displayed rate is AED 35. The AED 35 price is actually the IKEA Family member rate, which is mentioned in a comparatively small font. Since it is a self-service setup, you only realize this price difference once you reach the billing counter. On the bright side, the snacks counter near the exit offers very affordable rates. If you are visiting for the first time, it is good to keep these points in mind before you go. Overall, everything else is good, and it offers a great family shopping outing experience.

Great store. I arrived on Friday at 11:00. It's huge, with a wide selection. In the morning, it was completely empty – no one at all. I really liked that – I don't like crowds. As usual, the selection is excellent, they have almost everything. I was very pleased with the Russian goods in the grocery store at the exit – ice cream and glazed curd bars. I bought some with pleasure.

IKEA at Festival Plaza feels very different from most shopping experiences in Dubai. The first thing I noticed was how quiet and calm the whole place feels. It doesn’t have the usual rush or crowd that makes you want to finish quickly and leave. Instead, it gives you time to walk slowly, look around properly, and actually enjoy being there. What I liked most is that the items displayed feel thoughtfully selected. It never feels overcrowded with unnecessary things. The products are there to be chosen, not rejected. Everything feels practical, useful, and relevant to everyday living. It is compact in a very good way—large enough to explore comfortably, but not so huge that it becomes tiring. You can move through the sections without feeling lost, and most of the furniture displayed feels like something people genuinely need at home. The furniture arrangements are simple yet inspiring. You end up getting ideas for storage, home organization, or even just small improvements for your room without trying too hard. It feels easy to browse. Another part worth mentioning is the waiting area, which is comfortable and welcoming. It makes taking a break feel pleasant rather than inconvenient. And of course, the Swedish canteen adds to the experience beautifully. It’s not just a place to eat—it feels like part of the visit itself. Sitting there after walking through the store completes the experience. Overall, IKEA at Festival Plaza feels peaceful, practical, and refreshingly relaxed—an enjoyable place where shopping feels effortless.

From a variety of furniture either for your bedroom or lounge to an astounding range of kitchenware items or lighting fixtures. From bespoke walk-in closets to outdoor rattan furniture, IKEA has got it all to cater to your home decor needs. Moreover, conveniently located with ample parking available on the spot. Humble and cooperative staff. Two thumbs up.

The worst service ever!!! I have been in Jebel ali store. I was standing 2 meters far from your salesman in Kitchen section, calling him 3 times. No clients were next to us. It was soo quite. He just ignored me. I called excuse me, he ignored me. I said why are you ignoring, he said he didn’t ignore me. I asked him where his manager is, he didn’t call any manager. And I even couldn’t find any manager on the floor. I found another lady who assisted me. I bought kitchen cabinet with some other items. They delivered. And installation team is another worst team!! Look at the picture how funny they have installed. This is my last last time buying from you!! And i will never suggest other people to buy from Ikea. I got much better service in Dragon mart. Since 2 days i am calling call center, sent these picture. They promised to sort it out, but I even didn’t received any acknowledgment from my complain. You guys are ruining the service industry of Dubai.
