I was on a mission to find the biggest, nearest LuLu, and I definitely hit the jackpot with this one at Capital Mall. This place is massive and genuinely has everything you could ever need. The parking garage is a riddle wrapped in a mystery. I’m still not entirely sure if I just got completely lost or if it’s designed to test my patience, but finding a spot was a struggle.

This review is based on my overall experience with LuLu Hypermarket. I have visited this place many times, so this is not just a one-day review but my general experience over time. Most of the time I prefer shopping at LuLu Hypermarket because it is very convenient. If I go there, I can usually find almost everything in one place. From groceries and vegetables to household items and other daily needs, everything is available under one roof. This is the main reason why I often choose LuLu for my shopping. The quality of products is generally good, and the store is well organized. The staff members are also professional and helpful. As a Malayali, one thing I personally like is that many of the staff members are also from Kerala. Because of that, I can communicate easily in my own language, which makes the shopping experience more comfortable. However, one thing I noticed is about the discounts they advertise. Sometimes the store promotes many offers and discounts, but in my experience, the prices are not always cheaper compared to other hypermarkets. In many cases, you might find the same items at a lower price in other supermarkets. Even though the price may be slightly higher, I still trust the quality and reliability of LuLu. That is one of the main reasons why I continue to shop there. Overall, it is a good place for convenient shopping with a wide variety of products. 🛒
