One of the biggest Lulu Hypermarket locations in Abu Dhabi, this store is spacious, well-organized, and makes shopping very convenient. You can find almost everything here — groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables, electronics, clothing, and ready-made food. The variety is excellent, and prices are generally reasonable. The fresh food and hot food sections are especially good, offering a wide range of options. The staff are helpful, and the store is usually clean and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a great place for both daily shopping and bulk buying. However, sometimes the displayed prices differ from the charged prices, so it would be good if the team could look into this issue. Highly recommended 👍

The sheer variety of products available is impressive. The store is meticulously organized, making it easy to navigate through the wide, well-lit aisles. The fresh produce section is a standout, always brimming with vibrant, high-quality fruits and vegetables sourced both locally and internationally. The hot food deli, freshly baked goods, and diverse meat and seafood counters offer an excellent array of choices that are reliably fresh. It is also remarkably easy to find specialty international ingredients that are often hard to track down elsewhere in the city. In terms of value, LuLu maintains highly competitive pricing. Their regular promotional offers and bundle deals make it very budget-friendly without compromising on quality. Additionally, the staff here are generally polite, approachable, and always willing to help locate an item on the shelves. The only minor drawback is that because of its central location and immense popularity, the hypermarket can get quite busy during evening rush hours and on weekends. This occasionally leads to longer queues at the checkout. However, the cashiers are efficient and work hard to keep the lines moving quickly. I had a very bad experience today at WTC mall lulu outlet. Evening around 9 pm. After standing in queue for a long time and paying the bill I came out with my husband and kids. A lady staff standing outside the counter asked an employee to check our bill and cart. He stopped us on the way to lift and asked for bill. I felt very bad for that person too… he was so confused as for how to check as I had a cart full of groceries. He had no other options as she is his senior. He was so kind he just looked through the bill and said mam asked me to check and he said sorry too… I had purchased for 430 dhs. She was standing just near the counter I had paid. I wanted to ask what did she find suspicious in us alone.. she did not check on anyone else. The only conclusion I could find is she being racist. I had been living in UAE for past 13 years… this is the first time.

I use a few of the supermarkets and an a regular at Lulu's. I used to frequent Khaldiya Lulu's but due to relocation I visited WTC. Rinson Thomas has to be commended for his good work. Got to the counter and their had been a spillage. Requested the cashier if she could wipe down the surface so could get my grocery on the belt. Rinson seeing how busy the cashier was, got the relevant cleaning material, wiped down the surfaces, took all the groceries and put them on the counter and then proceeded to bag up the items. As a supervisor, he dealt with the bottle neck with a smile and excellent customer services and facilitated his team member to continue to do her job at the checkout. I am from Manchester, UK and the level of customer services and team work was exemplary. God bless you Rinson. Well done.
