This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. They took my payment immediately, but the service and delivery were anything but immediate. The order was significantly delayed with no proper updates. I had to keep chasing them just to find out what was going on. When the shipment finally arrived, it was incomplete. One of the beds was missing four essential parts, making it impossible to assemble. That’s a basic quality control failure. Instead of fixing their mistake, I had to wait again for the missing parts — and when they finally arrived, I ended up assembling and fixing everything myself. No compensation, no apology worth mentioning, no urgency. Customer service was slow, unhelpful, and showed no real accountability. They were fast to take my money — but painfully slow to deliver what I actually paid for. If you value your time and sanity, think twice before ordering from this company

Very disappointing experience. The delivery team took away the original packaging without my permission before I had the chance to properly inspect the item. Later, when I realized the product was not what I expected and requested a return/exchange, the store refused because the packaging was “missing” — even though their own staff removed it themselves. I also have video evidence showing the delivery team taking the boxes. This feels extremely dishonest and gives the impression that the packaging was deliberately taken so the company could later deny refunds and exchanges.

Have some good products in market but the worst management. Found a desk for AED 900 first they said gotta make purchase of AED 100 for free delivery, okay agreed. Then they said delivery will take 10-14 days 😂no way . I said ok give me express delivery, then they said 250 bucks which doesn’t make sense cause my home is literally within a KM. Then i said ok no need I’ll collect they said ok pay and you can collect tomorrow. I was asking whether i could install it myself , they said yes but no warranty if you did installation yourself. No idea what these people are upto😂. Ordered a desk through amazon half the price got delivery in one day got installation for 50 bucks. Summary: think twice and make sure about T&C while buying here.

Product Quality & After-Sales Service Concern We purchased a dining table set from Home Centre Abu Dhabi with the expectation of receiving a product that meets reasonable quality and durability standards. Unfortunately, our experience has been highly unsatisfactory. Within a short period of normal household use, all chair fastening nuts became loose, affecting stability and safety. Additionally, the surface layer of the dining table has started peeling, indicating a potential manufacturing or material defect. A complaint was formally raised through the company’s WhatsApp customer service channel, and we patiently waited for a response and service support. Despite multiple follow-ups from our side, no timely assistance was provided. Subsequently, we were informed that the issue was considered our responsibility, and support was declined without proper inspection or resolution. As customers, we believe products should be fit for purpose and supported by fair after-sales service. The lack of response, absence of technical evaluation, and refusal to assist have been disappointing and inconsistent with the standards expected from an established retail brand. We hope the management reviews this matter seriously and provides an appropriate resolution, as customer trust depends not only on sales but also on responsible post-purchase support.
