Extremely horrible fitting and size of this brand. I bought a bed from them, since then no mattress is fixable over this bed as its size is not standard with Standard Mattresses, even the planks are unevenly spaced to handle the mattresses over them, i have replaced 3 mattresses but everytime i returned the mattress as it can not be fixed on it, its so called 180x200. i will request everyone to not buy this bed. Home centre contact number is always busy, i think they never connect handset with landline. 😳😭 Disappointing. And poor quality standard. Waste of money.

1828”} English ⭐☆☆☆☆ One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. Only about six weeks after purchasing my sofa, the fabric started shedding heavily, the material quality became very poor, and it even caused skin irritation during use. I contacted customer service and requested a return because of the product’s poor quality, but they refused. The only option offered was repair, despite the issue clearly being related to the quality of the material itself. In my experience, the warranty has little real value when you actually need it, and the after-sales service was extremely disappointing. When I mentioned filing a consumer protection complaint, there was no genuine effort to resolve the issue. I do not recommend buying from Home Centre, and I would advise others not to be persuaded by promotions alone. My overall experience was very disappointing

Horrible horrible horrible experience with this place. I can’t begin to tell you how frustrated I am. I bought tables and carpets etc 5 items in total. When they delivered the items literally 4 out of 5 items were either broken, damaged or wrong colour. So I had to return them and request a refund. It took me 3 times to visit the shop to get the refund for the tables and still I have to go again for the rest of the items. I’m beyond disappointed. I’m never coming back to this shop. Save yourself a big headache AND ‘time’ and avoid this place!

Very disappointed with online support team and delivery team and their supervisor. I placed my order a week ago and scheduled my order today between time 9-15. Couple of days ago I received a delivery confirmation call and I clearly told the agent I will be outside the country I can’t answer any call and provide him with alternative contact number. Today morning I received a call from delivery team ‪xxx1087‬ and since I am on a travel and I don’t answer calls from random numbers he skipped my delivery. And claim it will be delivered evening which is not convenient for me. I call the 800number to find solution the lady who picked up my call was not a good customer care agent and didn’t help me at all rather she put me on hold and I can imagine what she said since I have experience with call center team work. I am very disappointed

I had a very disappointing experience with your delivery service I ordered a sofa, and your team claimed it would not fit and said they would return after 3 days with 10 people to help. This was very unreasonable and unprofessional What made it worse is that for the smaller sofa, your staff initially said it would not fit in the elevator. However, when another team member came and was properly guided, it fit without any issue. This clearly shows a lack of effort and willingness to do the job properly. It seems the team was not interested in finding solutions and preferred to take the easiest route instead of providing proper service. I expect better-trained staff
