I have been a loyal customer of this store for many years and have regularly spent more than AED 20,000 on furniture and other items. Unfortunately, today’s experience was the worst customer service experience I have ever had Osama shafi9 is the worst staff you ever have. I visited the store with my driver and asked him to check the measurements of a sofa before I made the purchase. This is a completely normal and necessary step, as no customer should be expected to buy an expensive sofa without first confirming that it will fit in their home. However, the manager. Shafiq Osama, approached my driver in an aggressive and extremely disrespectful manner. He spoke to him rudely and told him that he was not allowed to check the measurements. His behaviour was completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and humiliating. Regardless of whether the person asking is the customer, a family member, or a driver, every individual deserves to be treated with respect. A manager should know how to communicate professionally, not attack or disrespect people who are simply requesting basic product information. After being a loyal customer and spending a significant amount of money at this store over the years, I am deeply disappointed and shocked by the way we were treated. The staff’s attitude, especially the manager’s behaviour, has completely damaged my trust in this store. This was by far the worst staff and management experience I have ever encountered. I strongly urge senior management to investigate this incident and provide proper customer-service training to Shafiq Osama. No loyal customer should ever be treated this way. Will never be back

I visited your Marina Mall branch today and could not find any staff in the home fragrance and office furniture sections. When I asked, I was told there were no employees available due to cost-saving measures. As a result, I was unable to get assistance and left without making a purchase. Please look into this matter, as cost-cutting does not always improve results and can negatively impact the customer experience. 👎👎👎

Very disappointing experience. The delivery team took away the original packaging without my permission before I had the chance to properly inspect the item. Later, when I realized the product was not what I expected and requested a return/exchange, the store refused because the packaging was “missing” — even though their own staff removed it themselves. I also have video evidence showing the delivery team taking the boxes. This feels extremely dishonest and gives the impression that the packaging was deliberately taken so the company could later deny refunds and exchanges.
