I recently purchased a bed and mattress from Home Centre, and the overall experience was really good 👍. The staff were helpful and guided me well through the options. Delivery was on time, and the fitting team did an excellent job — quick, clean, and professional 🛏️. The quality of both the bed and mattress is great, offering good comfort and support. I’m quite happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend Home Centre for furniture and home essentials 🛒✨.

Really bad experience. It’s the month of Ramadan we all r fasting and they delivered all broken furniture pieces. They don’t even have another piece to replace the broken furniture and now it’s such a mess. Our bed frame is stuck since 3 days ever since they delivered at our house and no one has bothered coming to fix. We have been sleeping on the floor. Super bad customer service. Would never recommend purchasing from here

Even 0 experience I will not give buy coffe table online and they sent it by aramex without send technician to fix it very frustrating when I called their customer care said if you buy staff online we don't send technician wich is not true I asked them to take it back never I will buy from you waisting my time and energy I usually buy furniture online even for coffee table they are sending technicians to fix it

I order these Harvey Recliner from #homecentre There was nothing mentioned on any of the pictures that these are Kids Recliners. Really small in size. After receiving the delivery i called the Customer service within 15 minutes and humbly requested them that i want to return these BUT THEY REFUSE saying it should be in Original packaging. I saw the size of the Recliner size once it was out of Original packaging so how can the same be in Original packaging to return. The customer service person refused completely. I am staying in Dubai since 13 years and smaller brands have always accepted my return request if it is something Genuine. Brand like Home Centre refusing is really Shocking and Poor Customer service. I would recommend people NOT TO BUY PRODUCTS FROM HOME CENTRE.

Over a week lead time to deliver instead of 24h promised. Most items delivered broken as per attached pics. An office chair assembled the wrong way and still not repair 2 weeks later. RUN! DO NOT GO THERE.
