We had an excellent shopping experience at Home Centre, Mall of the Emirates, thanks to Melody M. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. I just wanted to take a look around and was specifically searching for a certain bed when I called for assistance. Jason came over right away and confidently said he knew exactly what I needed to see. He stayed with me the whole time, showing me options and answering all my questions with great patience. What stood out most was that he never applied any pressure at all; the opposite of those salesmen who make you feel rushed or guilty if you're not buying immediately. He had such a light, pleasant presence and was genuinely polite and helpful throughout. Jason made the whole shopping experience comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for him if you're visiting Home Centre!

Home Centre at Mall of the Emirates is a wonderful destination for home furnishings and décor. Homecenter were have your standard gone ? I have been a regular customer of Homecenter since 2010. Purchased a bed in May 2025 and the side rails was broken in December 2025. It took them 3 days to come and take the part and another 3 days to bring it back. Things happen and I was okay. But the same thing happened now in Feb 2026. Called them and the agent was like someone will come in 3 days. Nobody came and I had to call back on the 4the day. Same script someone will come in 3 days. No complaint number or nothing. Team came after 3 days and took the part to fix it again. The quality of the furniture is pathetic and on top the delay in fixing things which is still under warranty. Thank you Homecenter for making me realise that PAN Home is a much better place 🙏
