The delivery experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. The bed was delivered at 8:00 AM, earlier than the stated delivery window starting at 9:00 AM, which caused inconvenience as I am currently unwell. In addition, an essential part of the bed—the bed slat—was missing, making the bed unusable and leaving our room unfinished with the mattress standing on the floor. The delivery team promised that the missing part would be delivered within 45 minutes after they left, however more than 3 hours have already passed and no one has arrived. The delivery person who made this promise is now unreachable. Moreover, even after speaking with your customer service department, no one is able to provide any clear information or timeline on when the missing part will be delivered as of this writing. This situation reflects poor coordination, lack of accountability, and inadequate customer service. I expect immediate resolution of this matter.

An absolute failure of a company — stay far away. This isn't bad customer service. It's a masterclass in corporate dysfunction and customer contempt. I bought a sofa set. What followed was nothing short of a hostage situation — weeks of radio silence, 200+ calls just to get a delivery scheduled, and zero accountability at any level of this organization. Not one person. Not one department. Nothing. When the sofa finally arrived? Defective. Multiple defects. As if the product itself wanted to match the quality of their service. Since then — 15 to 20 calls every single day. Countless emails. Empty promises. Rescheduled dates that mean absolutely nothing. This company doesn't have a resolution process — it has a delay process, designed to exhaust you into giving up. There is no professionalism here. No ownership. No follow-through. Just an endless cycle of transfers, apologies that go nowhere, and delivery dates pulled out of thin air. If you're considering buying anything that requires post-purchase delivery or installation — walk away. You won't just regret it. You'll lose weeks of your life chasing people who simply do not care. This company doesn't deserve your money, your trust, or a single minute of your time. Never again.

I had a great experience with my curtains selection. From the initial selection of curtain to curtain rod to the installation, the whole process was super smooth. Fiona from Oasis Mall was a great help with the selection and gave us very good advice. Installation arrangement by Fiona were very professional with the installation and left the place neat and clean. I would for sure recommend Fiona if you’re thinking about getting genuine and knowledgeable advice before decide your curtain at home.

Absolutely awful experience. I’ve now spent over 4,000 on furnishing a two-bedroom home, and both times the delivery was a complete failure. Despite receiving messages claiming the delivery team was “on time,” no one showed up. I stayed home all day twice based on their false updates, only to be left waiting with zero accountability. This isn’t just poor service it’s outright misleading. What makes it worse is the complete lack of reliability and communication. If you can’t deliver as promised, don’t send false confirmations and waste your customer’s entire day. The only positive part of this experience was Waleed in the store, who was helpful, professional, and kept me informed throughout. Unfortunately, that’s where the good service ends. Overall, extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting basic reliability.

Very disappointing experience. The delivery team took away the original packaging without my permission before I had the chance to properly inspect the item. Later, when I realized the product was not what I expected and requested a return/exchange, the store refused because the packaging was “missing” — even though their own staff removed it themselves. I also have video evidence showing the delivery team taking the boxes. This feels extremely dishonest and gives the impression that the packaging was deliberately taken so the company could later deny refunds and exchanges.
