I purchased the Polari Electric Hand‑Held Steamer PGS‑2277C from Sharaf DG at City Centre Deira and I’m very satisfied with the product. The steamer heats up quickly and produces strong steam that removes wrinkles easily from clothes. It is lightweight and easy to hold, which makes it convenient for quick steaming without setting up an ironing board. I also like that it works well on delicate fabrics and freshens clothes nicely. Overall, it’s a very practical appliance for everyday use and especially useful for travel or quick touch‑ups. My shopping experience at Sharaf DG was smooth and the staff were helpful. Sharaf DG have plenty of quality electronics and appliances. I was able to audition some of the products from Hifiman, Fiio, Ifi, and Audioquest. Props to my kabayan Charlie for helping me procure the item I want. He gave timely update of my order. Thank you.

Finally, I found the time to write a review I’ve been meaning to share for a long time. On Jan 31.2026 . I visited Sharaf DG at DCC with my friends, where we purchased headphones. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the employees Sherilee Verbo Duca and Rowena Go Jardiel! Your professionalism was truly outstanding 👍 If I come back again, I will definitely choose to buy only from you! I would also like to leave a small note for the store management. While the staff were entering information into the system (as my friends were tourists and I am a Dubai resident), I noticed that the keyboard they were using had missing letters and looked quite old. Please consider replacing it — I honestly don’t know how it’s possible to type on it, especially for such a large store. Once again, a big thank you to you, Sherilee and Rowena 👍

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the extremely poor service I experienced at Sharaf DG, City Centre Deira. This was honestly the most disappointing customer service I have faced in Dubai. The staff were unhelpful, unprofessional, and showed very little interest in resolving my issue. I had to wait for a long time without getting proper assistance, and even after explaining my concern clearly, no one took responsibility to provide a proper solution. As a well-known electronics retailer in the UAE, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer care from Sharaf DG. Unfortunately, my experience was completely the opposite. I strongly request the management to look into this matter and improve the quality of customer service at this branch. Customers deserve respect, proper assistance, and timely support. I hope this complaint will be taken seriously so that other customers do not face the same unpleasant experience.
