When you walk into this shop, the staff put on fake smiles and act overly sweet. But if you ask about something and decide not to buy because it doesn’t suit you, even before the customer leaves the shop, the male staff start whispering and blaming the customer. Truly shocking customer service.

E waste smart bins (electronic recycling) don't work in both stores in Ibn Battuta mall. The staff told that maybe they're already both full or smth wrong with the connection as you need to scan a QR code to open those bins. Also they don't have Wi-Fi! The staff uses their own mobile data! And it's in the mall.. We're not able to connect to the mall wifi either. Only when we connected to wifi of some Cafe nearby and opened the link from QR code it showed "Bin is offline". Sharaf DG customer service online doesn't have any access to those E-waste bins or they don't want to.. And just advise you travel around Dubai and check each store if the bin is working.. That was a lot of wasting time! Good that we found E-waste bin near ACE store Jebel Ali, Festival Plaza mall in the parking lot. We should call to the mall for confirmation.

I bought a Dell laptop today. The sales staff was knowledgeable, After making the payment I told him to activate the windows & update the required updations. He helped me a lot. While the last update happening, a new customer came & he went with them. After five minutes he informed me that the laptop was ready. I packed the product & left the shop. If the sales staff was helping with the packing it would be wonderful.

I was a regular customer of this place. Today I visited this shop to purchase IPhone 13. While I was buying the phone I asked about the charger and specially I asked what is inside the box is coming together with phone. The sales advisor told me only phone, no charger inside. So I purchased the cable and charger additionaly. Imagine how I was surprised when I opened box with phone at home and saw the cable inside together with phone. So they made me buy second cable which is cost 79 aed for no reason… I think Sharad DG is not interested at all to build good long term relationship with their customer. They are just focusing in sales . And they will try to sell you items that you don’t need and don’t provide you with correct information about product you are buying in their shop. Be careful while you do any purchase in this shop.

Absolutely horrible experience with their logistics, operation team & pethatic customer services !! It's been more than 5 days now & still my old fridge unit has not been picked despite many escalations !! Suggest all new buyers please consider any other retail but not this one at all !! Wish there coul be zero star selection...
